Quiel Begonia is a Vietnam Veteran and retired from
the Military Service. He was
assigned to the agency (CIA) for
4 years as Air Logistics Support while on active duty. AFP Counter Intelligence
Officer.
Education Work
After 20 years and retired from the US Navy; He
pursued his studies and received
his Bachelors Degree from Southern Illinois University; Master Degree in Computer Science
from San Francisco Tech University.
- Worked as a Programmer by Vitro Corporation,
Kings Bay, Georgia and worked with the D-5 Missile Project Program.
- Retired after 20 years from City of
Jacksonville as a Senior Computer Software Developer/Programmer.
- Worked with Idea Integration, Modis corporation
as a Computer Software consultant to work on a Legacy program.
- Retired from Clay County School District of
Florida as a Computer Programmer / Analyst -CEO/President : CCWFLORIDA
Firearm Training, Corporation

Qualification:
Quiel is a certified NRA Training Counselor
with certifications to instruct: Pistol, Rifle, and Range Safety Officer
courses. Not only may Quiel provides student instruction in these
areas, but as a Training Counselor, he may also provide instruction for
instructors, qualifying them to teach the above listed disciplines.
